Exchanges & Returns

Your order will be sent by registered mail, through CTT.

According to the destination, shipping costs are as follows:

  1. Portugal Continental:              4,90 €

  2. Madeira / Açores Islands:   5,90 €

  3. Spain:                                          6,90 €

  4. Rest of Europe:                        11,90 €

For orders over € 200.00, shipping costs are free for deliveries in Portugal and Islands.

The delivery time will be as follows according to the destinations:

  1. Portugal Continental:            4 working days

  2. Madeira / Açores Islands:      7 working days

  3. Spain:                                       10 working days

  4. Rest of Europe:                                n.a.

Exchanges & Returns

Exchanges will be made within the same item, in different sizes, within 14 days of receipt of the item, as long as it is in perfect condition and with the respective labels. Currently returns will be accepted, exclusively for purchases made in Portugal, within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the purchased items have not been used, and are returned in perfect conditions and with the respective labels.
